Cake-A-Boo arrives ready to serve.We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance—but shoot your shot! We may have availability sooner.
There’s no set maximum. Just give us your guest count so we can make sure we have enough product and staff to keep everyone served.
Our minimum service time is 2 hours, but we can stay as long as your event needs us. Additional hours are available at our hourly rate.
We serve the Kansas City metro area and we're happy to travelbeyond it. Events outside the metro are custom quoted based on location and event details.

Our trailer is 10 feet long, but we require at least 13 feet of clear space to safely accommodate the trailer and hitch.
We keep an eye on the weather and stay in communication with you as your event approaches. If weather may affect service, we'll work together to make the best call.
Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Once we're en route to your event, the event cannot be canceled due to weather.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
